CallManager Technical Information
CallManager enables users to control and schedule IVR applications using a range of call criteria such as calling windows, blackout dates and time zones. It also includes real-time status monitors, along with the ability to watch calls in progress.
To manage your voice application, CallManager includes a variety of easy-to-use, pre-built menu options that walk the user through the steps necessary to manage and monitor a campaign. These menu options include:
- Manage: This menu option allows users access to functionality to build a data source, build an application and initiate a campaign
- Monitor: This menu option allows users access to functionality to monitor ports and calls
The Manager Menu Option includes the following easy-to-use sub-menus:
- The Scheduling component is used primarily for outbound campaigns. The Menu allows users to manage Blackout Dates, Calling Windows, and Time Zones
- The Data Source component is used to create templates for data files used by the application
- The Application Wizard is used to bundle management attributes and call flow logic into a cohesive voice application
The Monitor Menu Option enables users and system administrators to actively manage the real-time activity of the campaign. Specific events that can be monitored include:
- Port Status (Active/Inactive)
- Port Usage
- Real Time Stats
