Design, Management and Reporting Components

- CallDesigner: CallDesigner enables users to create any inbound or outbound IVR application. It empowers users to create complex call flows via the web, shielding them from the complexity of VoiceXML. In addition, all of the audio resources, logic and call flows are bundled together to enable developers to test in design time.
- CallManager: CallManager enables users to control and schedule IVR applications using a range of call criteria such as calling windows, blackout dates and time zones. It also includes real-time status monitors, along with the ability to watch calls in progress.
- CallReports: CallReports enables users to generate a range of queries and standard reports for a user’s IVR applications. It can also be customized to extend the reporting capability to give users a snapshot of the current state of their inbound IVR or outbound IVR campaigns.
The Call Notify IVR Platform can seamlessly integrate with existing front/back office, telephony and web-based infrastructure systems; either tight or loosely coupled.
