The SkyCreek Partner Program offers three types of partner programs. Each partner program is designed to promote synergies that will enhance the value proposition to mutual customers. The programs are:
- IVR Technology Partners. The IVR Technology Partner Program is designed for firms that provide industry-leading hardware or software adding value to the voice application eco-system. Today's contact technologies involve heterogeneous technologies, including Middleware Platforms, Databases, Text To Speech engines, Speech Recognition tools and Remote Monitoring tools. The IVR Technology Partner Program embraces these challenges to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- IVR Strategic Partners. The IVR Strategic Partner Program promotes the expansion of SkyCreek's capability to reach customers in search of end-to-end contact solutions.Today's contact solutions cannot just deliver or take a phone call; data has to flow across customer relationship, workforce management or service order provisioning silos. Examples of Strategic Partners include order management and inventory providers for Operational Support Systems product offerings and CRM, ERP, order fulfillment and field services solutions for our outbound IVR applications.
- IVR Value Added Reselling (VAR) Partners. The IVR VAR Program is designed for corporations looking to promote their technology solutions in the IVR space or add voice capabilities to existing solution sets. These organizations can resell SkyCreek solutions either as part of their service package or promote their technologies through SkyCreek sales channels.
