Stanley Sargent & Greenleaf chooses SkyCreek as Recommended IVR Partner to Provide Interactive Voice Services for ATMs
The SkyCreek partnership is designed to help Sargent & Greenleaf enhance and streamline the ATM access control process for cash-in-transit technicians, the banks and service organizations that are part of Sargent & Greenleaf's A Series ATM management environment.
Indianapolis, July 1, 2008: Sargent & Greenleaf, a member of the Stanley Security Solutions Group and subsidiary of Stankey Security Solutions, Inc. has announced a new partnership with SkyCreek Corporation.
The A Series Lock Management Software (PC Based), generates single-use lock codes for users performing cash-replenishment and maintenance on ATMs. All S&G A Series ATM locks require three levels of authorization from field staff to open the ATM lock, including a PIN, Dallas iButton Touch Memory Key and a one-time use code, valid once within a defined time interval. The one time code (OTC) is tpically delivered by the CIT company's dispatcher. SkyCreek's IVR solution, available as an on-premise or on-demand service, enables the service technician, once successfully authenticated in the system, to receive the OTC via interactive voice response and also as a text message on the registered cell phone.
