SkyCreek Corporation Launches New Test Drive Capability on its Corporate Web Site

The test drive capability will enable customers to design and build IVR applications, configure and place outbound calls, listen to sample scripts, or view a Flash demo of a pre-built application.

Herndon, VA, November 13, 2006: SkyCreek Corporation, a leader in proactive outbound customer contact solutions, today, announced today that customers and prospects can now test drive its industry leading Call Notify IVR Platform via its web site located at http://www.SkyCreek.com The new test drive functionality offers visitors four different options:

• Design and Build
• Configure and Place
• Listen to Sample Scripts
• View Flash Demonstration

Design and Build will allow users to test drive CallDesigner. CallDesigner is a powerful, web-based design component that can be used to design any outbound or inbound IVR applications and campaigns. Without hand-coding VoiceXML or CallXML, users equipped with a basic understanding of voice applications can design complex call flows, add audios, create logical expressions and add capabilities for dynamic, real-time interactivity. In addition, users can place test calls to validate the design prototypes.

Configure and Place will allow users to manage sample campaigns using CallManager and CallReports. CallManager is a powerful, web-based campaign management component that enables users to create and edit campaign attributes such as calling windows, time zones, Do No Call Lists and also monitor campaign statistics ,second by second. CallReports includes a number of canned reports that provide visibility into every aspect of a calling campaign, from the time the data is provided to each detail of the interaction with the callee.

The Sample Scripts test drive will provide users and visitors with a simple, easy-to-use demonstration of sample outbound scripts for a variety of vertical markets and business operations. The Sample Scripts test drive will enable users to listen to samples of the pre-built and custom IVR applications, as well as the quality of the voice capabilities available from SkyCreek.

The Flash Demonstration provides users and visitors with an overview of the Call Notify IVR Platform and a sample pre-built application that is available from SkyCreek today, the Call Notify -Dispatch Call Ahead Application (Call Notify – DCA). Call Notify – DCA is a powerful outbound IVR application that integrates with any customer service, dispatch field services, order management, etc. application to drive customer centricity, reduce operating costs, and improve operational effectiveness.

According to Mark Wilburn, Chief Technology Officer, SkyCreek Corporation, "The Test Drive capability is an extension of our Call Notify IVR Platform.” Wilburn stated further, "Since our Web Site is the primary channel in which we communicate the capabilities of our Call Notify IVR Platform, we feel it is extremely important to ensure that interested organizations have the ability to touch, hear, and see the capabilities our Call Notify IVR Platform so that they can make an informed decision."
