SkyCreek Launches Next Release of the Industry Leading Call Notify IVR Platform


The release continues to set the standard for next generation, web-based, VoiceXML–compliant, IVR Platforms that are available today.

Significant new features included in the release include:


Enhanced IVR Application Reporting. To meet growing customer demand, the release will include a variety of “canned” reports out of the box with the application. This will enable customers to have increased visibility into their running campaigns. This increased visibility will aid the customer as well as Skycreek to measure the performance and tailor Calling Campaigns to ensure optimum performance and value from Call Notify.


File Feed Wizard. A new wizard will be available in the Call Notify IVR Platform to facilitate the integration and use of date received via flat file. The new wizard will enable users to define a file format definition which can be used on a ad hoc (one time) or continuing basis to load data into a campaign presentation at RUN time to make customized outbound calls.
