SkyCreek Signs Strategic Business Agreement with UTStarcom for Its Call Notify IVR Platform, IVR Applications and IVR Solutions
SkyCreek acquires software rights to industry leading proactive IVR solutions, service activation, service order assurance, and fall out management solutions under agreement.
Herndon, VA, February 15, 2005: SkyCreek Corporation the leader in delivering Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Technology, IVR Applications, and custom IVR Solutions, today that it has entered a strategic business relationship with UTStarcom, Inc. to provide development, implementation, and software maintenance to UTStarcom enterprise customers and service providers throughout North America.
The strategic business alliance combines UTStarcom's network infrastructure products with SkyCreek's proactive IVR applications and Operational Support Solutions (OSS) to create innovative solutions for today's new Multi-Service Offering (MSO) providers. The joint solution set spans a wide variety of IVR solutions and OSS soilutions that will enable MSO's too quickly and cost-effectively role out new products and services. "I expect that the combined solutions from these two innovative players will dramatically increase the back-office capabilities of our joint customers," said Bob Saunders, President, SkyCreek Corporation. Under the agreement SkyCreek also purchased the software rights to the proactive customer contact, service activation, service order assurance, and fall-out management solutions that UTStarcom obtained when it acquired CommWorks Corporation from 3Com Corporation. These software applications will enable SkyCreek to continue to expand its proactive customer contact and OSS product offerings.
