SkyCreek Signs First Contract With UTStarcom Under New Strategic Business Agreement

 

SkyCreek to provide proactive customer contact solution to support role-out of UTStarcom Unified Messaging Solution at one of Canada's largest communication providers.

Herndon, VA, February 15, 2005: SkyCreek Corporation the leader in delivering Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Technology, IVR Applications, and custom IVR Solutions, today that it has been awarded a contract by UTStarcom, Inc. to provide development, implementation, and maintenance services to UTStarcom to support the deployment of the UTStarcom Unified Messaging Solution at one of Canada's largest communication providers.

Under the contract, SkyCreek will be using its Call Notify IVR Platform to proactively contact 27,000 voice mail customers about their new unified messaging system, help customers initialize their new voice mail boxes, and providing operational instructions In addition, significant opportunities exist with the end customer for several of the other SkyCreek Pperational Support Solutions (OSS) .
