SkyCreek Profitable in First Year in Business in FY2003
Company expects 10% growth in revenue in year 2
Herndon, VA, February 15, 2005: SkyCreek Corporation the leader in delivering Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Technology, IVR Applications, and custom IVR Solutions, today announced that it has achieved profitability in its first fiscal year of operation. The company achieved all of its financial goals for the fiscal year that ended on February 28, 2004.
"We are extremely pleased with the progress we have made during our initial year in business," commented Jack Havas, Chief Executive Officer. "Our focus in controlling costs and managing the business is definitely evident by these positive results."
Outlook
In the coming year, the company will focus on growing its business with its existing customer base, as well as selectively pursue new opportunities in the area of pro-active customer contact, service activation, service order assurance, and fall-out management. In addition, SkyCreek will begin to actively pursue opportunities for our IVR Service and Hosted IVR businesses. For 2004, SkyCreek anticipates revenue and profitability growth in the range of 10-20% over FY2003.
IVR Solutions and Back-Office Systems are increasingly being recognized for their strategic business impact and growing in importance within the communication industry today," said Mark Wilburn, Chief Technology Officer, SkyCreek Corporation. "We believe that over time the growing sophistication of customers will cause them to become more selective and narrow the list of vendors under consideration for these types of systems. Our increased investments in product development continue to extend the capabilities and differentiation of our offerings while our investments in our field operations and channel development provide increased market coverage and sales opportunities. As a result, we expect to continue to experience double digit growth in 2005 and beyond.
